Your data at the bench.

The equipment tray keeps the selected grinder, preparation, dose and accessories in a session assigned to this shop. Required session cookies are host-only and use Secure on HTTPS, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax.

The optional device choice remembers only the preparation shown at the dial-in desk. It is read or changed only with your permission. Withdrawing that permission removes the saved preparation; ordinary use still works without it.

The browser-readable device-choice and offer-dismissal cookies contain only the choice. They are distinct from the HttpOnly session cookie and contain no delivery details.

An order record includes the workstation selection, prices, delivery contact and reference. The card controls have no submitted field names; card numbers, expiry and security codes are not part of the order payload.

Mailing-list signup stores the address and affirmative permission separately from device preferences. Questions about a record can be sent to support@burratelier.shop with its reference.
